2024: Pressure Tested
In the 2024 report, the theme and design needed to be honest about a trying year while still representing the company's continued push through the pressure. The company also underwent a brand refresh that was ultimately celebrated with the printed design.
2023: Constant
The 2023 report theme followed the word "constant" both in its true definition and its mathematical one. The year was steady moving and the company was establishing constants in their service lines and products.
2022: Aligned — Unused
In 2022, the company's alignment within itself and its market became the central theme for their report. These designs were ultimately unused, but I still like their concepts!
